Robert S. Moran, Jr.

Robert S. Moran, Jr. is the Managing Partner of the New Jersey office of McBreen & Kopko, and heads the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice. Having practiced for more than 30 years, Mr. Moran previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Butler Aviation and Butler International for many years before returning to private practice.

Mr. Moran represents aviation, information technology and other diverse companies in the U.S. and abroad, and is a director of a technology company located in New Hampshire. He has negotiated and closed numerous acquisitions and divestitures for both private and public companies.

Mr. Moran handles matters for businesses and individuals in the State of New Jersey, including all types of business and real estate transactions and estate matters, and assists businesses of all sizes in every facet of business formation, shareholder matters, limited liability company agreements, employment matters, and the preparation and negotiation of contracts.

Mr. Moran earned his B.A., summa cum laude, and J.D. from St. John's University, New York, NY, and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. He is a longstanding member of the New York County Lawyers Association.
